Message but there are other differences too...

-TT rears (8.5" wide) have a concave spoke design, while NA wheels (7.5" wide) have a convex design.
-There's a slight difference in offset between the two (I can't think of the offsets off the top of my head)
-TT rears are "ribbed" on the inner part of the wheel.
-TT rears obviously weight a little bit more than an NA wheel.

Anything else?
